18th Century Papier-Mâché Spaniel

Walking through the elegant Saint Germain district in Paris, I was stopped in my tracks by two eyes staring back at me through a shop window. The original eyes on the life-size spaniel were piercing, looking at me as though he had seen an old friend. Made of papier-mâché and featuring his original collar, he is a masterpiece of creative art.
